If you have any information that might be useful for other service personnel, or need a place to put information you might need later -
please start a new topic, and try to be descriptive in the subject line so we can find the information easier  :)

AERO / Factory reset of the Aero Detector
« Last post by Wally on August 01, 2016, 11:09:21 am »
This will reset the detector to factory default settings (to IP address 192.168.20.211)

With the FPD off:
Hold down the power button until you get a solid green.
As soon as you get the solid green, finger off the power button, and hold down the select button.

Keep holding the select button.

When all three lights blink, while still holding the select button, also hold down the power button.
The three lights will blink for maybe 10 seconds, then go solid for a second.
Once the green power button is on solid - and the other two lights goes off - your done.
You can take your fingers off the buttons.

Apps / Re: Steps for adding Tube Warmup
« Last post by Spider on May 19, 2016, 11:17:07 am »
When you import from backup, the tube warmup patient is disassociated from the procedure.
You have to remove the tab (step 5) and create it again to so you can create and attach a new patient( step 6)

DRX / Exposure disabled error on DRX Pluses
« Last post by Spider on May 19, 2016, 11:05:32 am »
Update from Quantum George King:

Apparently, with all the new DRX pluses.  If certain exposures cause this error we need to change the back up from 600 to 500 or possibly 400 in generator technique settings on the individual menu "acting up".  This is the fix.

What does "change the backup" mean ??

Go into the image folder and find the time and date of the problem image(s)
Then go into the Header folder and rename 'file.ihd' to file.ihd-old
copy the file.orgihd to file.ihd

You may need to reboot

AERO / Complete button not working
« Last post by Spider on February 11, 2016, 02:02:30 pm »
In Japan, the x-ray tech is not allowed to complete the exam.
This is why when setting up users, the tech needs to be setup as administrator - then the button will work  :)

DRX / replacing Cisco AP with a dlink
« Last post by Spider on January 08, 2016, 10:14:32 am »
on early versions, you don't have a checkbox to select which AP to use.
C:\Program Files\Kodak\CaptureConsole\bin
and run EK.Capture.Sundance.Tools.DRXConfigModel.exe

Also you have to update the firmware in the dlink for 5.7
